As of a few years ago, I was a self-professed kitchen nightmare. I have the scars (and burnt pots) to prove it:

About two years ago, I decided that I would no longer be the butt of family and friend's jokes, and made a conscious effort to improve my cooking skills. Since then, there sure have been a few disasters, but surprisingly, also some not-so-disastrous meals, and even some excellent ones. This blog is designed to share recipes, tips, and warnings, and to chronicle the ups and downs of my attempt at domestication.
*I also have to give a big thanks to my guinea-pig, SB, who supports (and calms) me in all my cooking endeavours.

So far, David and I glance at it and we love it. David thinks you are really cute!!! And you are. You are getting better and better at cooking each day.
I think you should be particularly proud because you are handling and cooking chicken.
The Jean-Lampron team will read each recipe, comment, and then I will tell you which one I would like. Maybe soon, we could do a cooking segment at my house about cupcake!!!! Love it & Love you
